Results indicated that organizational leadership and management of employees positively affect the employees’ readiness to change. Organizations with successful organizational cultures develop a high level of preparedness among employees. Abstract

There is a need to fill the gap between adopting the change in organizational culture and employees' readiness to adopt the organizational cultural differences.
