Effects of precision nursing in the perioperative period of patients with aortic dissection aneurysms

Abstract

Objective To explore the effects of precision nursing in the perioperative period of patients with aortic dissection aneurysms. Methods Totally 57 patients receiving surgery for aortic dissection aneurysms in Beijing Anzhen Hospital, Capital Medical University from June 2014 to June 2017 were selected, and randomized into the observation group (n=29) and the control group (n=28) . Patients in the control group received conventional nursing, while patients in the observation group received precision nursing for aortic diseases. Changes in blood pressure and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results The systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure were (122.5±12.8) mmHg and (69.3±7.2) mmHg in the observation group, both lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05) . There were 2 cases with postoperative syndrome in the observation group and 8 cases in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05) . Conclusions Precision nursing can effectively control the postoperative blood pressure in patients with aortic dissection aneurysms, reduce the incidence of complications, which is worth promoting clinically.
