Control group carried out routine training method. On the basis of that, experimental group implemented the Mini-CEX based clinical nursing core competence training and operational skill training once a month after changing routine teaching rounds and operational training, lasting 12 times. The scores of Mini-CEX for the first and twelfth time of experimental group were compared by paired sample t-test, the theoretical achievements and skill performances of new nurses between two groups were compared by independent sample t-test. \n \n \nResults \nThe scores of Mini-CEX of clinical nursing core competence training and operational skill training in experimental group for the twelfth time were (6.27±0.46) and (6.73±1.10) respectively, higher than those for the first time with statistical differences (t=-8.48, -7.64; P<0.01) . Mini-CEX在新护士第一年标准化培训中的应用
目的通过小型临床评估练习(mini-CEX)提高一年级应届护士规范化培训效果。方法采用整群抽样方法,将陆军医科大学附属新桥医院2017年新聘用的91名护士作为对照组;实验组为2018年新聘用的120名护士。对照组采用常规训练方法。在此基础上,实验组在改变常规教学轮次和操作培训后,每月进行一次基于Mini-CEX的临床护理核心能力培训和操作技能培训,持续12次。采用配对样本t检验对实验组第一次和第十二次Mini-CEX的得分进行比较,采用独立样本t检验比较两组新护士的理论成就和技能表现。结果实验组第十二次临床护理核心能力训练和操作技能训练的Mini-CEX得分分别为(6.27±0.46)和(6.73±1.10),高于第一次,差异有统计学意义(t=-8.48,-7.64;P<0.01),实验组科室的理论成绩和技能表现分别为(87.70±11.32)和(92.90±8.22)、医院分别为(85.50±11.83)和(89.67±8.99),结论Mini-CEX在新护士第一年培训中效果显著。关键词:护士;在职培训;新护士;小型临床评估练习;标准化培训
