To evaluate the data and compile the results, content analysis was used, where grouping the questions by similarity were created categories. Abstract

The constant search for quality and its management are topics observed, discussed and studied in all areas. Defining what is quality is something subjective independent of the area where it is being applied and of numerous definitions found in the literature.
