At 4 weeks after the final session, significant improvements in the OSDI (<i>P</i> < 0.001), SPEED (<i>P</i> = 0.001), meibum expressibility (<i>P</i> < 0.001), and meibum quality (<i>P</i> = 0.016) were observed. At 12 weeks after, the OSDI (<i>P</i> = 0.009), SPEED (<i>P</i> = 0.002), and meibum expressibility (<i>P</i> = 0.008) significantly improved. Abstract

Purpose: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of intense pulsed light combined with meibomian gland expression (IPL-MGX) for treating meibomian gland dysfunction (MGD) associated with chronic ocular graft-versus-host disease (oGVHD).
