用马铃薯氢氧活化剂预处理咖啡工业废渣生产锂离子电容器用活性炭的比较
采用预处理方法,成功地从咖啡工业废料中合成了活性炭。样品通过改变煅烧温度(600°C;700°C;800°C)进行。对样品进行碘测试以测定活性炭的表面积,用光学显微镜(OM)表征,用电化学阻抗谱(EIS)和循环伏安法(CV)研究导电行为以测定电化学性能。碘测试结果产生的最高表面积为2614m2/gr。基于使用OM的形态学结果,表面形态看起来相对均匀。以样品C1为碳阴极,采用蒸汽水热法合成的锂离子电容器电池具有最小的半圆,最高电导率为14×10−5 S/cm,比电容为31.25 F/g,表明其电化学性能优于其他电池。
