低碳城市建设对公交出行的影响
低碳城市试点政策将低碳出行确定为减少二氧化碳排放的重要方法。本研究的主要目的是确定低碳城市建设对低碳出行的影响和机制。在中国实现“双碳”目标面临巨大挑战的背景下,本研究将低碳城市建设政策的实施作为一个准自然实验,并采用差异中的渐进差异法实证检验了低碳城市的建设对公交出行的影响。结果表明,低碳城市建设能够显著促进公交乘客量和人均公交出行次数的增加。公交车数量和公交车拥有率都是重要的中介机制。此外,低碳城市建设对公交出行的影响在内陆城市和大城市显著,但在沿海城市和中小城市不显著。研究结果验证了LCCP政策对低碳出行的影响,为进一步落实LCCP政策、加快推动低碳出行提供了重要的政策启示。
