This article presents a comparative analysis of four senior housing concepts that represent both a producer-driven (“for the elderly”) and a resident-driven (“by the elderly”) approach. Abstract
ABSTRACT The perception of elderly residents as a homogeneous group is challenged by the diversification of lifestyles and emphasis on individuality in housing.
