The proposed ELM has proven to work well on varied data-sets of more than 1000 case records within the given range of model parameters. Moreover, the dynamic response-based ELM proves its ability when compared with other liquefaction evaluation procedures. Thus, a generalized and optimistic ELM simulating realistic field conditions is formulated.
