Abstract
The title for this paper was meant to be a little provocative but not to be taken absolutely literally. Also, in these days of so much concern about End of Life of Vehicles (ELV), let us state immediately that this paper is about the electrodeposition of metallic chromium deposits and not about the passivation of zinc deposits.
