Taking this as a guideline, our suggestion is to “act” on the bureaucracy, precisely, through its opposite. Abstract

ABSTRACT: Based on a real situation, the present teaching case seeks to relate theory with practice by confronting situations that involve our daily life in the most varied organizational forms to which we belong.
