In addition, KMS architecture and IT tools as supporting knowledge infrastructure designs are defined. Abstract

面向业务流程的知识管理系统设计(印尼贸易部计量人力资源案例研究开发中心)
本研究旨在运用Strohmaier的知识建模方法和知识基础架构流程设计,设计一个面向业务流程的政府培训机构知识管理系统(KMS)。讲师(WI)业务流程是本研究的主要案例研究。初步的识别和分析表明,10个业务流程中有7个在其知识流程方面没有得到充分的识别。进一步分析表明,总体而言,所有的业务流程还没有得到优化,以满足从知识创造到知识应用的所有组成部分。完成的知识流程设计结果显示,该流程共有53个阶段(新增19个阶段)。新过程主要是基于已定义的知识转移和知识应用。此外,定义了支持知识基础设施设计的KMS体系结构和IT工具。资讯科技工具应支援两种知识过程策略:以资讯科技工具(内容管理系统、资讯检索系统、专家定位器)为支援的规范化策略;以资讯科技工具(实践社群工具、虚拟工作空间应用及讨论组应用)为支援的个人化策略。
