Abstract

The purpose of the current study was to investigate the impact of job satisfaction, motivation and leadership type on the performance of Greek Lifelong Learning Trainers and particularly the relationship between motivation and job satisfaction; the relationship between motivation, job satisfaction, leadership and performance; and the relationship between motivation and job satisfaction and performance and the demographic characteristics of the trainers.
