According to studies in the region, the main motivation factor for student employment is financial reasons, students are motivated by financial independence from their parents, funding for leisure programs and daily expenses. The results have also highlighted that students with unfavorable social status indicators are forced to work, they are less characterized by the horizontal fit of work and studies. The negative effects of student employment are more pronounced in students who struggle with everyday financial problems, work out of coercion, and are disappointed in university education. In their case, the attractive effect of the labor market prevails, and therefore they are even willing to interrupt their studies.
