The results are aimed at creating favorable conditions for the development of a business climate not only for a single region but also for the entire Russian economy. The study uses methods of system analysis, a sociological expert survey, an in-depth interview, methods for analyzing statistical data, which together revealed the substantive essence of communication barriers in the space of dialogue between the authorities, business and the public. The results of studies are aimed at identifying the role of dialogue communication in the interaction of the state, business, and civil society as an essential element of the socio-economic development of the country’s business climate. Abstract
The study discusses the role of dialogue communication in the interaction of the state, business, and civil society.
