It analyzes the experience of mobilization for the removal of the city of Paragominas/PA from the deforestation Black List and the development of deforestation control actions in the São Jorge settlement, in the city of Cidelândia / Maranhão. Interviews with main actors and satellite images were used to analyze the two cases. Abstract
The article seeks to analyze the development of deforestation governance actions in the Amazon, based on the analysis of two case studies using the Strategic Action Fields theory (FLIGSTEIN; MCADAM, 2012).
