Results: In group A, the forward bending results in the sitting position increased from 13.672 ± 5.8123 cm to 16.368 ± 4.8935 cm after the experiment, and the forward bending results in the sitting position increased from 6.079 ± 4.7637 cm to 18.236 ± 3.9650 cm. The results of both groups were better than those of group B of the same sex. Conclusion: Fitness-based swimming training for college students can improve exercise efficiency by adopting the presented protocol (resting heart rate + 70% * heart rate difference). 摘要简介:目前大学生的游泳训练不能满足身体素质的需要,需要进行调整。目的:探讨健身型游泳训练对大学生的影响。方法:从一所大学招募40名志愿者进行实验,按性别平均分为a男、a女、B男、B女。男性A组和女性A组的运动强度设计为静息心率+ 70% *心率差;男性B组和女性B组的心率设计为静息心率+ 50% *心率差。试验期12周,每周2次。结果:A组受试者坐姿前屈结果由实验后的13.672±5.8123 cm增加到实验后的16.368±4.8935 cm,坐姿前屈结果由实验后的6.079±4.7637 cm增加到实验后的18.236±3.9650 cm。两组结果均优于同性别B组。结论:采用本文提出的方案(静息心率+ 70% *心率差),可以提高大学生游泳健身训练的运动效率。证据等级II;治疗性研究——对治疗结果的调查。

Its goal is to disseminate the scientific production in the areas of exercise and sports medicine through the publication of original research results and other documents that contribute to the scientific and applied knowlewdge of physical activity, exercise and sports, within the framework of biological sciences and medicina. Its title abbreviation is Rev Bras Med Esporte, which should be used in references, footnotes and reference subtitles.
