The data were processed and analyzed by using the SPSS. The findings revealed a significant positive impact of transformational leadership in its four dimensions, (i.e. ideal impact, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation and individual consideration), on creativity. The findings also showed that the practice of the senior management leaders of USTH reflected behaviors of transformational leaders substantially. The dimension of ideal impact was ranked first, followed by intellectual stimulation. The dimensions of inspirational motivation and individual consideration were ranked third and fourth respectively. Abstract
