基于公共卫生数据识别慢性阻塞性肺病患者的病例发现临床决策支持系统
慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)是一种严重的慢性呼吸道疾病。提高基层医疗机构识别慢阻肺患者的能力对预防和治疗慢阻肺很重要。随着医疗数字化的不断发展,大数据信息化在医疗卫生领域的应用成为可能。近年来,将大数据分析、机器学习、人工智能辅助决策等创新技术应用于医学领域已成为跨学科的研究热点。基于高危人群中COPD的识别和诊断,本研究提出了一种方便有效的临床决策支持系统,以帮助基层卫生机构识别COPD患者。初步实验结果表明,与现有方法相比,该方法简便有效。
