Abstract

In this scientific and technological research article is carried out a diagnosis in the Casa Glamel small business, which allows assessing the relevance of implementing an information system ERP that can help improve productivity, quality and cost reduction. To carry out the purpose of the research presents a diagnostic process evaluation that includes a technologic diagnosis, personnel, budget, functional and software is presented covering all areas and processes of the company.
