The research was conducted in the virtual environment of the chatbot and was carried out in four stages. The results show that ChatGPT can be used in Chemistry teaching as an aid to the teaching and learning process. Additionally, depending on the chemical concept, AI provided coherent answers but could lead students to difficulties in understanding.
