Species identification is fundamentally important within the fields of conservation, biology, biogeography and ecology. Salvia species are herbaceous, biennial or annual, strongly aromatic. 鼠尾草种间遗传多样性及亲缘关系
物种鉴定在保护、生物学、生物地理学和生态学等领域具有重要意义。鼠尾草属草本,二年生或一年生,芳香强烈。采用ISSR (Inter-Simple sequence repeats)分子标记对30个鼠尾草品种进行了遗传多样性评价和亲缘关系分析。10条ISSR引物分别扩增出116个位点,均为多态性位点。获得的平均多态性信息含量为0.39,平均频带信息含量为10.5,标记指数为3.1,表明各鼠尾草材料具有较高的遗传多样性。在ISSR的基础上构建了树形图,将不同种类的个体划分为不同的子聚类。结果表明,ISSR标记可作为评价鼠尾草品种间遗传多样性和亲缘关系的一种可靠的信息技术。本研究的目的是:1)ISSR标记能否识别鼠尾草属;2)鼠尾草属在伊朗的遗传机制;3)探讨鼠尾草属间的相互关系。
