Abstract

ABSTRACTTeacher competence is the teacher's capital in carrying out the main task and its function in educating the students. There are 4 competencies that must be possessed by teachers, namely, pedagogic competence, professional competence, personality competence and social competence. 通过教育培训提高教师能力和专业能力——可持续专业发展的发展(以万隆市幼儿园教师为例)
摘要教师胜任能力是教师完成主要任务和发挥教育功能的资本。教师必须具备四种能力,即教学能力、专业能力、人格能力和社会能力。教师要有持续学习和不断发展的自我意识,努力改善对学习者的服务。教师自我发展的努力之一是通过教育和培训。为此,笔者考察了“教育培训可持续发展如何提高万隆市幼儿园教师的教学和专业能力?”教学能力与专业能力是相互结合、不可分割的。本研究旨在透过描述与定性的方法,描述教育与培训的计划、实施、评估与结果,以及对教师绩效的影响。本研究结果显示,透过教育与培训计划,永续发展的专业人士在万隆价值胜任力教师测试中的平均成绩显著提升,且符合预期最低成就标准。此外,教师还感受到知识的增长,将各种学习乐趣应用于学习者并实施可持续的自我发展计划。
