Abstract

: The cultivation of the innovation ability of students is of great significance for the development of a country and the growth of individuals. 学生创新能力的培养对一个国家的发展和个人的成长都具有重要意义。然而,目前体育专业研究生创新能力的培养暂时存在一些不足,如课程体系中缺乏创新能力的培养,学习环境中缺乏激发创新能力的氛围,教学方法单一等。为此,本研究将激励理论与实践经验融入到体育专业研究生培养体系中,提出了基于探究式教学法的相应建设思路和方法,深入分析了体育专业研究生培养的特点,构建了基于激励理论的体育专业研究生创新能力培养路径。为加快体育专业建设,迅速提高高校体育教学水平,为体育教育事业培养优秀的体育专业高级人才。
