Abstract

理性情绪行为疗法在克服学生考试焦虑中的效果
本研究的目的是探讨理性情绪行为疗法设置组在克服学生面对考试焦虑方面的有效性。这类研究采用实验方法进行定量分析。研究对象为八、二班学生,共10名,焦虑程度为中、高、低。使用的工具是焦虑问卷,采用李克特模型量表。数据分析采用描述性统计Wilcoxon单秩分析,采用SPSS 20.00检验。研究结果表明,总体而言,采用REBT方法的小组活动有效地改变了学生面对考试的焦虑。具体而言:(1)描述学生在治疗前(前测)面对考试时的焦虑形式;(2)描述学生在治疗后面对考试时的焦虑形式(后测);(3)测试理性情绪行为治疗设置对小组克服初中学生面对考试焦虑的有效性。
