Abstract

In recent years technological progress has had a huge impact on healthcare sector. New products, services are becoming popular among patients and healthcare providers. Long waiting periods, to see healthcare specialists and COVID-19 pandemics have influenced the situation as well. As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, there was a need for non-contact healthcare due to prevalence and infectivity of the disease, which has led to active provision of remote healthcare, both for COVID-19 patients and remote consultations.
