The methodological trajectory took place through a basic research, mixed approach, type of descriptive research, in the form of a survey and data collection using a questionnaire, answered by 35 students. A brief profile of the students was drawn and it was found that 70% are female, 51% live with a total income of up to two minimum wages, around 82% attended only public schools, 70% do not have public or private libraries that can attend neighborhoods where they live and students are part of so-called generations Y and Z. It was found that forgetfulness, nervousness, feelings of guilt, insomnia, fears and anxiety are the main symptoms that students present due to the excess of information required or made available during the studies.
