It was found that forgetfulness, nervousness, feelings of guilt, insomnia, fears and anxiety are the main symptoms that students present due to the excess of information required or made available during the studies. Abstract

This article aims to investigate the main symptoms of informational anxiety in the students of Emancipa Popular Pre College Entrance Exam of Historic Center of Porto Alegre. The methodological trajectory took place through a basic research, mixed approach, type of descriptive research, in the form of a survey and data collection using a questionnaire, answered by 35 students.
