Mediação da leitura no processo de atribuição de sentido e significado para o (re)conhecimento identitário e o protagonismo dos sujeitos sociais 阅读中介在赋予身份(重新)认识和社会主体角色意义和意义的过程中

When understanding the act of reading as subjective, cultural and political, it is necessary to reflect on how reading mediation can contribute for the subjects to understand its sense and significance and to build and strengthen their identity process and social protagonism. Therefore, it is fundamental to deepen the research that demonstrates the importance of reading mediation in this process. In this perspective, this article aims to highlight, from the Information Science literature and related areas , which deals with reading mediation, aspects that address the process of attributing sense and significance for identity recognition and strengthening as basic to achieve social protagonism. This research is characterized as qualitative and uses the bibliographic method, relating conceptual and analytical aspects that supported this study. The results indicated that reading mediation actions can awaken the taste and pleasure for reading (literary, artistic, musical, etc.) - which requires the mediating agent to consider the socio-cultural contexts in which the subjects integrate - and also that conscious reading mediation contributes to form the subjects, both individually and collectively, and has a (trans)formative character in the development of critical, conscious and autonomous readers, stimulating them to achieve social protagonism.

Ensino e pesquisa de epistemologia em programas de pós-graduação stricto senso da área de Ciência da Informação no Brasil 巴西信息科学领域严格意义上的研究生课程认识论教学与研究

It presents the results of a research and scientific initiation project developed between 2018 and 2021. It aims to analyze how the discussion about epistemology takes place in graduate programs in Information Science in Brazil. Descriptive, bibliographical and documentary research, with a qualitative and quantitative approach, without chronological delimitation and using thesis and dissertations as sources of information. As results, are presented: the context of postgraduate studies in Information Science in Brazil and the Biblioteca Digital Brasileira de Teses e Dissertacoes; data on the teaching of epistemology in postgraduate studies in Information Science in Brazil; the main subjects and references in the thesis and dissertations on epistemology in the area. It is concluded that researches on epistemology in graduate studies in the area are few, but constant and focused on the description of its foundations, concepts, history and identities, and should advance in epistemological research on the principles of Information Science and its place in the debate with other sciences.

Deteção e combate ao plágio em contexto académico: descrição de um projeto desenvolvido no âmbito de um curso de graduação em Ciência da Informação 学术背景下的剽窃检测与打击:信息科学本科课程中开发的项目描述

A proposal for an intervention project to avoid academic plagiarism settled, using a project-based learning approach, in a curricular unit of an Information Science undergraduate course is presented. Theoretical context is based on a literature review on the concept of plagiarism and on digital tools for detecting plagiarism. The methodology and objectives of the project to detect and avoid plagiarism are described, and the outputs from its implementation are presented. Special emphasis is placed on the identification, analysis and evaluation of 10 digital plagiarism detection tools, based on a grid of criteria defined for this purpose. This procedure resulted in the selection of the three best tools (PlagScan, Urkund and Plag.pt), which are presented in more detail. In addition, materials designed to be used in a strategy to avoid plagiarism in an academic community are presented. The relevance of the work is based on the testimony of innovative didactic practices in an Information Science graduate course, through the use of project-based learning. The spreading and evaluation of plagiarism detection tools, framed in a broader strategy to fight plagiarism in an academic environment, is also a relevant output of this paper.

Aplicação de Storytelling na Gestão do Conhecimento: Revisão Sistemática de Literatura 讲故事在知识管理中的应用——系统文献综述

This article presents a systematic review of the literature regarding the application of storytelling in knowledge management. To survey the articles, Science Direct and Scopus databases were used in order to identify publications indexed in the databases mentioned in the period from 2011 to 2020. The articles were subjected using the Ordinatio method for an advanced selection with greater relevance. In the literature review, there is an approach on knowledge management practices with emphasis on narratives. Still in the literature review, the relation with decision making is contextualized. The research shows that the theme has been explored more recently in a form distributed among journals and between countries, in addition to showing that the main application of storytelling involves an evaluation of the narratives to obtain information regarding the experiences of the participating individuals. It also demonstrates that narratives are facilitators for understanding, communicating, extracting content and making decisions.

Diretrizes para o desenvolvimento de coleções em bibliotecas prisionais: um estudo na Biblioteca da Penitenciária de Florianópolis 监狱图书馆馆藏发展指南:florianopolis监狱图书馆的研究

Prison libraries are units that provide people who are deprived of their freedom with access to information, encouraging reading, democratizing information, and enforcing Human Rights. It is a socio-cultural and educational space, with autonomy and resistance. In this sense, the objective of this research was to analyze the constitution of the collection of the Library of the Penitentiary of Florianopolis, presenting the data obtained for research of the dissertation entitled “The constitution of the collection of the Library of the Penitentiary of Florianopolis. The universe of this research is the Florianopolis Penitentiary Library, linked to the Florianopolis Penitentiary Complex. With regard to methodological procedures, an on-site visit was made in the second half of 2019. Three forms presented using google forms were used to collect data on the source of the works that make up this collection and the selection criteria of the collection. As a result of this work, guidelines were presented for the development of a collection for a prison library based on the Florianopolis Complex Library.

Projetos inovadores nas escolas municipais de Seara por meio de suas bibliotecas Seara市立学校通过图书馆开展的创新项目

The research aims to diagnose the projects developed in the spaces of school libraries from Seara, Santa Catarina. Regarding the methodological procedures, the research is a case study, with a structured interview, classified as exploratory and descriptive, with a qualitative approach and bibliographic survey for theoretical foundation. Data collection was carried out with two coordinators from the municipality's education secretary, in addition to the five responsible for the projects in the school libraries. As a result, projects are presented with the characteristics of spaces, activities and impacts. Explains the availability of technologies, the organization of the collection, the contribution of the librarian, which is still absent in school libraries in the municipality. It is concluded that the spaces are beautiful and cozy, with updated collection to enchant students. Among the activities developed in the projects, the focus is on reading classes, with emphasis on the loan of books, storytelling, theater presentation, availability of books for families and the community and other specific activities for each project. The impacts of these actions are perceived in the greater participation of students who interact more with reading and perform better in the subjects.

Technical and vocational education and distance education have their characteristics, and for this reason, an action research was carried out to understand the context of the technical course in occupational safety at Federal Institute of Brasilia, campus Ceilândia, in distance education. Interdisciplinarity and information literacy were the transversal axes of the pedagogical practice materialized in the integrative project. For this, the perceptions of teachers and students were researched and, in addition, an inventory and evaluation of the integrative projects of the course was made. At the end of the work, it was possible to perceive the development of students' information literacy through an interdisciplinary proposal using information and communication technologies, such as the Moodle platform, Google Drive and the blog.

A biblioteca escolar expressa na Lei de Diretrizes e Bases da Educação Nacional: a análise do documento e a identificação do contexto da biblioteca escolar 《国民教育指导方针与基础法》中所表达的学校图书馆:对学校图书馆语境的文献分析与识别

Introduction: the school library is present in the main dialogues on education, despite the main laws governing education in Brazil, they do not legitimize its importance, highlighting its value and the important role it occupies as a favorable space for collaboration and the construction of activities that contribute to the teaching-learning process. Main objective: to analyze the references to the school library in Brazil’s National Education Guidelines and Frameworks Law (LDB). Specific objectives: to point out the main conceptions regarding school library; to outline the history of LDB; to search for mentions to the Library and related terms inside the text of laws; and to analyze the references made and the omission of terms. Methodology: it presents characteristics of a bibliographic and documentary study, using theoretical references contained in the Information Science Database (BRAPCI) during the second half of 2020. In addition to BRAPCI, it was also searched on scientific studies in the area of Information Science, specifically in the field of Library Science, as well as courses in the area of Education, in order to identify studies that approach LDB and its developments. Results: the bibliographic survey indicated a lack of studies that dialogue with and refer to the school library in the context of LDB. The documentary analysis conducted on LDB pointed out the absence of mentions or references made to the school library, or any terms related to it. Conclusion: the analyzes conducted show absence of terms and mentions related to school library and librarian.

In scientific communication, books play a central role in the process of promoting and disseminating knowledge. Although the development of Information and Communication Technologies has made possible changes in the way of publishing books, expanding the editorial market and allowing the reader new ways of reading and interaction. Thus, this paper presents a reflection of these changes, offers a theoretical description based on literature review, and describes the book, the editorial market, and university publishing houses from their origins to their contemporary context. It highlights the relevant contribution of university publishing houses that promote culture and the socialization of knowledge. It is considered that the digital book editorial market is already consolidated, but it is argued that the university publishing segment has not reached its full potential.

Competências infocomunicacionais de adolescentes e jovens utilizadores nas mídias sociais 青少年和年轻用户在社交媒体上的信息传播技能

The research addresses the topic of infocommunicational competences of adolescents and young people on social media. It brings the concepts of information sources, social media and competences, going through the competences in information and communication until converging in the infocommunicational competences. It addresses the subject of fake news and its most recent evolution, the deepfakes. Quantitative research is used to determine whether and how adolescents and young people validate information obtained through social media. Among the objectives of the study, the following stand out: to identify the use of social media as a source of information by adolescents and young people and why they use them; and describe the information evaluation process on social media in the light of the criteria proposed by the IFLA. It is concluded that, although not satisfactorily, adolescents and young people validate the information obtained through social media, showing the need for infocommunicational competences in the training of these users.
