Regarding the methodological procedures, the research is a case study, with a structured interview, classified as exploratory and descriptive, with a qualitative approach and bibliographic survey for theoretical foundation. Data collection was carried out with two coordinators from the municipality's education secretary, in addition to the five responsible for the projects in the school libraries. As a result, projects are presented with the characteristics of spaces, activities and impacts. Explains the availability of technologies, the organization of the collection, the contribution of the librarian, which is still absent in school libraries in the municipality. It is concluded that the spaces are beautiful and cozy, with updated collection to enchant students. Among the activities developed in the projects, the focus is on reading classes, with emphasis on the loan of books, storytelling, theater presentation, availability of books for families and the community and other specific activities for each project.
