To this end, a systematic literature review methodology was used. In this study were analyzed 113 articles published between 2001 and 2020 to identify and classify the main topics in this knowledge domain. The finding results has enabled us to develop a framework which inform about the main subjects discussed, findings, and ambiguities. The results have also suggested an agenda for further investigation to scientific community. Abstract
