Materials and Methods: The research involved third-year students of pedagogical institutions of higher education aged 20 to 23 years in the number of 126 people (80 girls and 46 boys). The methods used included observation, questionnaires, psychodiagnostic methods for determining the level of anxiety, self-assessment of well-being, quantitative and qualitative analysis of the results in terms of self-regulation culture formation according to theoretical, practical and professional criteria. Abstract

师范院校学生学习过程中心理健康的形成与保持
目的:通过对笔者所开设的《心理学基础》专业课的研究,实验验证将自律文化形成作为未来人文学科教师专业培养的重要内容的方法论。材料与方法:研究对象为20 ~ 23岁的高等师范院校三年级学生126人(女生80人,男生46人)。使用的方法包括观察、问卷调查、确定焦虑水平的心理诊断方法、幸福感的自我评估、根据理论、实践和专业标准对自我调节文化形成的结果进行定量和定性分析。结果:实验验证了所开发的方法的有效性,表明学生的情绪健康发生了质的积极变化,显著减少了他们的焦虑,并增加了积极锻炼的动机。未来教师自我调节文化形成方法的发展,可以成为学生个体保健能力进一步形成的重要基础,即未来教师,他们对积极体育和健身健康娱乐活动的定位,也可以纳入教学专业学生培养专业标准的实施体系。特别是在保健能力的发展方面
