Interspecific Correlations among Bryophytes and among Bryophytes and Vascular Plants in Two Scales in Jinchuan Peatland

Abstract

金川泥炭地两尺度苔藓植物种间关系及苔藓植物与维管植物种间关系
建立了1 m×1 m和25 cm ×25 cm两个样方尺度对金川泥炭地植被进行调查。采用x2检验、Pearson相关和Spearman秩相关定量分析了9种苔藓植物与30种主要维管植物的种间相关性。三种主要的泥炭属植物:次次生泥炭属(Sphagnum subsecundum);它们分别占据不同的生境。据此,划分出4个生态类群。Spearman秩相关分析结果显示,大样方741种对中有49.53%为正相关,小样方666种对中有41.14%以上为正相关。本研究表明,样方大小在泥炭地不同植物类群的种间关联分析中起着至关重要的作用。用小样方和大样方分别分析苔藓植物间和苔藓植物与维管束植物间的种间关联更合适。
