Serum metabonomic study on liuwei dihuang pills in the treatment of hyperthyroidism

Results: The levels of oxaloacetic acid,Dihydroxyacetone phosphate(DHAP),ethyl glucuronide,triglyceride,lysophospholipids and cholesterol were significantly increased in the model group as compared to the normal rats.Moreover,these levels could be regulated to be close to normal after the treatment of LDPS. Abstract

六味地黄丸治疗甲亢的血清代谢组学研究
目的:通过血清代谢组学方法,探讨皮下注射左旋甲状腺素钠致大鼠甲状腺功能亢进的机制及六味地黄丸对大鼠甲状腺功能亢进的干预作用。方法:给大鼠注射左旋甲状腺素钠,剂量为35 μg·(100 g)-1,每天1周,然后给六味地黄丸,剂量为4.7 g·kg-1,连续3周。采用超高效液相色谱-飞行时间质谱法(UPLC-QTOF-MS)测定大鼠LDPS处理后的血清代谢谱。结果:与正常大鼠相比,模型组大鼠体内草酰乙酸、磷酸二羟丙酮(DHAP)、葡萄糖醛酸乙酯、甘油三酯、溶血磷脂、胆固醇水平均显著升高。而且,在LDPS治疗后,这些水平可以被调节到接近正常水平。结论:甲亢大鼠三羧酸循环及糖脂代谢存在严重紊乱。LDPS对甲亢的治疗效果明显。血清代谢组学分析揭示了LDPS治疗过程中代谢物性状的变化,从而为LDPS治疗甲亢提供了一种补充评价方法。
