Abstract

基于纯相位空间光调制器的三维相位全息图重构图像优化
在现有空间光调制器二维图像重建方法的基础上,研究了提高三维图像重建质量的方法。基于衍射理论,分析了有限填充因子的点阵SLM对重建像的影响。通过将双线性相位编码到纯相位全息图中,使有效光远离中心光轴,从而可以完全重建原始图案的细节。通过添加双会聚球面波的相位,可以在空间上分离重构像的两个聚焦面和由SLM晶格结构引起的多阶光束。利用空间滤波器分别消除重构图像中高阶衍射光束和零阶光的影响。为此,设计了基于液晶空间光调制器(LC-SLM)的全息光电显示系统。
