Abstract

射流抛光流场特性分析
通过对冲击射流流场特性的分析,建立了冲击角、间隙距离、射流速度与壁面压力、速度之间的数学关系。通过定量计算分析了不同参数对射流分布的影响,结果表明,壁面压力、速度与出口压力、速度成线性正比关系。当冲击距离大于喷管直径的9.6倍时,壁面压力和速度随冲击距离的增加而减小。当冲击距离增加到喷嘴直径的15倍时,峰值压力降至喷嘴压力的0.54倍。并且随着冲击角的减小而减小。当碰撞角度为90°、60°、45°时,分别得到ps=0.95p0、0.74p0、0.475p0, um02= 0.960 u0、0.8u0、0.67u0。
