Human ARG-1 was measured in serum blood using the ELISA method. The serum lipid was measured using the spectrophotometry technique. The current investigation discovered a substantial (p=0.01) rise in ARG-1 concentration compared to control groups, as well as a significant difference in blood lipid content between patients and control groups (p<0.05).
