Abstract
Crystal induced arthropathies are disorders involving crystal deposition in the articular and peri articular soft tissues with resultant inflammation. Gout (Figures 1 and 2) and calcium pyrophosphate dihydrate (CPPD) crystal deposition disease (Figures 3 and 4) are the two most common types of crystaldeposition arthritis [1].
