Abstract
This study aimed to develop a conceptual model of the mediating role of organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior on the influence of organizational justice on the performance of civil servants in the Pekanbaru Municipal Government. The sample was 147 civil servants in the Pekanbaru Municipal Government.
