The descriptive analyticalmethod was adopted and a questionnaire was administered to collect datafrom (146) participants who were selected by the complete census method.The participants covered all employees in job levels (Unit Head, Unit Vice-Head, Officer, & Assistant). To analyze the data, the statistical package forsocial sciences (SPSS) was used. The findings revealed statistically significantpositive impact of strategic management on the quality of services. Thefindings also showed that the level of practicing strategic management at theSocial Fund for Development was high, and the level of quality of serviceswas high as well.
