The ionic liquid was stable, which can be reused more than six times. Abstract

In the present work, biodiesel feedstock from Swida wilsoniana fruit oil was catalyzed by BrΦnsted acidic ionic liquid of 1-(4-sulfonic acid)butyl-pyridinium hydrosulfate. 1-(4-磺酸)丁基氢硫酸吡啶催化的瑞士白草油基生物柴油
以1-(4-磺酸)丁基氢硫酸吡啶为酸性离子液体BrΦnsted为催化剂,研究了以枸橼油为原料制备生物柴油的工艺。以丙酮为溶剂合成离子液体。考察了离子液体催化剂用量、甲醇与油的摩尔比、反应温度和反应时间对反应过程和离子液体性能的影响。该离子液体改善了酯交换特性。最佳酯交换条件为n(甲醇)/n(槐油)12,m(催化剂)/m(槐油)0.06,反应温度160℃,反应时间6 h,酯交换率可达94.0%。离子液体稳定,可重复使用6次以上。制备的生物柴油主要质量指标达到中国GB/T20828-2007生物柴油标准。
