The experimental results of this paper show that the data analysis of human resource performance appraisal based on the smart attendance web platform increases the human resource appraisal by 12.6%, and the performance appraisal is analyzed by combining the smart appraisal web technology and BS mode. The design goal of the performance management system is mainly to manage the performance of the employees in a reasonable and standardized manner, and at the same time to realize the scientific and quantitative management of the employees in the performance management system. The emergence of human resource information management has made business managers realize its importance to the development of enterprises, and the investment in human resource information management has gradually increased, which has promoted the rapid development of human resource management and more and more perfection. Abstract

基于智能考勤Web平台的人力资源绩效考核数据分析
