Kanker serviks merupakan silent killer disease dengan penderita risiko tinggi pada perempuan mulai umur 20 tahun. Human Papilloma Virus (HPV) adalah penyebab terjadinya kanker serviks. Kanker serviks dapat dicegah secara efektif dengan vaksinasi HPV. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara tingkat pengetahuan dengan sikap terhadap imunisasi vaksin HPV sebagai pencegahan primer kanker serviks pada Mahasiswi Fakultas Keperawatan Unsyiah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional analitik dengan desain cross sectional. Sampel penelitian adalah 82 Mahasiswi Fakultas Keperawatan Unsyiah. Pemilihan sampel menggunakan teknik proportional random sampling. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan mengisi kuisioner online (google form). Uji hipotesis yang digunakan adalah fisher exact test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 41 Mahasiswi (50.0%) memiliki tingkat pengetahuan baik dan sikap positif terhadap imunisasi vaksin HPV sebanyak 78 Mahasiswi (95.1%). Hasil uji statistik fisher exact test diperoleh p-value sebesar 0.000 (p 0.05), sehingga H0 ditolak. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh adalah terdapat hubungan tingkat pengetahuan dengan sikap terhadap imunisasi vaksin HPV sebagai pencegahan primer kanker serviks pada Mahasiswi Fakultas Keperawatan Unsyiah. Kata kunci: Pengetahuan, sikap, imunisasi vaksin HPV, mahasiswi Abstract. Cervical cancer is the silent killer disease with high risk patients in women starting at 20 years old. Human Papilloma Virus (HPV) is known as precursor of cervical cancer. Cervical cancer can be prevented effectively by practicing HPV vaccine. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between knowledge and attitude toward HPV vaccination as primary prevention of cervical cancer for student in Nursing Faculty of Syiah Kuala University. This research is an observational analytic study with cross sectional design. The sample of this research are students in Nursing Faculty of Syiah Kuala University with the quantity of 82 students taken by using proportional random smapling technique. The data was collected by filling out an online questionnaire (google form). The hypothesis in this study was analyzed by fisher exact test. The results showed that there was 41 college student (50.0%) had a good of knowledge and positive attitude about HPV vaccination there was 78 college students (95.1%). Fisher exact test statistic test result obtained p-value was 0.000 (p 0.05), so H0 was rejected. The conclusion is there was a relationship between knowledge and attitude toward HPV vaccination as primary prevention of cervical cancer for students in Nursing Faculty of Syiah Kuala University.
