Abstract

Polymer composites based on low-density polyethylene and polybutylene terephthalate have been obtained. It has been established that the use of a compatibilizer makes it possible to improve the compatibility of initial thermodynamically incompatible polymers. It is shown that polymer composites containing a compatibilizer are superior in their physical and mechanical characteristics to the original polymers and mixtures based on them.
