The idea that spontaneous arrangement of compound organic molecules is achieved by changing the molecular arrangement structure of the organic thin-film solar is put forward. The new structure of liquid crystal layer come into being accordingly so that the electron donor and the receptor molecules of the mixture are separated, and the contacting area between them is enlarged. So the efficiency solar photovoltaic is improved. The research and development of this new technology can solve the technical problem of the low conversion efficiency of solar cell, and open up an effective way to improve the conversion efficiency of solar cells. Abstract

The characteristics of the solar energy and three conversion mode of solar energy including photovoltaic conversion, solar thermal conversion, and photochemical conversion are represented in this paper. On this basis, the materials used in solar cell, as well as the working principle of solar cells, the factors of low convert efficiency of solar cells and the two major bottlenecks encountered in the solar application are analyzed. 太阳能电池光电转换效率新技术研究
本文阐述了太阳能的特点以及太阳能的三种转换方式,即光伏转换、太阳能热转换和光化学转换。在此基础上,分析了太阳能电池所使用的材料、太阳能电池的工作原理、太阳能电池转换效率低的因素以及太阳能应用中遇到的两大瓶颈。提出了通过改变有机太阳能薄膜的分子排列结构来实现复合有机分子的自发排列的观点。液晶层的新结构随之产生,使得混合物的电子给体和电子受体分子分离,扩大了它们之间的接触面积。因此提高了太阳能光伏发电的效率。该新技术的研究与开发,解决了太阳能电池转换效率低的技术难题,为提高太阳能电池的转换效率开辟了一条有效途径。最后,对太阳能光伏技术、太阳能开发技术和产业发展进行了展望。
