Abstract

Cervical-isthmian pregnancy is a very rare form of ectopic pregnancy, characterized by the localization of the fetus in the isthmus and cervix. This pathology is associated with disorders of ovum fixation in the uterine body in patients with a burdened obstetric and gynecological history and is characterized by a high risk of maternal mortality due to the possible development of life-threatening complications (DIC syndrome, bleeding). But, unlike other forms of ectopic pregnancy, it is with her that you can carry and give birth to a child. The article presents such a case.
