One of a pair of SFP optical module is used to process the digital signal generated by AWG (arbitrary waveform generator), which is transmitted by optical fiber for long distance. Another SFP optical module completes the photoelectric conversion of the signal and inputs the signal to the terahertz frequency conversion module for wireless transmission. The code rate is 1.25 Gbps, the carrier frequency is 300 GHz and the modulation mode is QPSK. The results were observed through the eye diagram of the signal received by the oscilloscope.
