The system includes sensor modules that can acquire the status of people living alone or empty nesters; the wireless transmission module passes the processed data from sensors which are space-distribution to the central unit. When the aged is under unusual condition, GSM alarm module timely acts on the basis of various alarm categories, and sends the alarm message which contains positioning information to the relatives of the aged or the health care. An interface which consists of LCD screen and keypad has been designed and programmed for the aged to use conveniently.
