In the control group, the cure rate was 47.7%, 20% and 0% after 3 months, the cure rate was 54.5%, 30%, 12.5% after 6 months, respectively. Statistical analysis showed that the treatment group was better than the control group in the visual function of children with amblyopia (P<0.05), and shortened the recovery time of the visual function of the children with amblyopia, and there was no abnormal changes in the fundus of the eyes. 632.8 nm低功率氦氖激光综合治疗儿童屈光性弱视疗效观察
目的:探讨低功率氦氖激光治疗儿童屈光性弱视的临床效果,为儿童屈光性弱视的综合治疗提供必要的参考。方法:将诊断为屈光性弱视的儿童112例(176只眼)按就诊顺序随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组儿童采用常规合成弱视治疗仪进行治疗,治疗组儿童采用氦氖激光项目进行眼部照射治疗,记录3 ~ 6个月后观察视功能、眼底及电生理变化。结果:治疗组轻、中、重度弱视3个月后治愈率分别为82.2%、80.6%、36.4%,6个月后治愈率分别为95.6%、88.9%、63.6%。对照组3个月后治愈率为47.7%、20%、0%,6个月后治愈率分别为54.5%、30%、12.5%。统计分析显示,治疗组在弱视患儿视功能方面优于对照组(P<0.05),且缩短了弱视患儿视功能恢复时间,且眼底无异常变化。结论:低功率氦氖激光用于儿童屈光性弱视的综合治疗,提高了儿童弱视的治愈率,缩短了儿童弱视的治疗恢复期,安全有效。
