The data was collected through in-depth interviews and analyzed through thematic analysis by applying the requisite procedures. \nFindings: The participants’ highlighted different problems which were facing by them in the police department, family and public. Abstract
Purpose: The current study focuses on the problems and challenges of women police in twin cities of Islamabad and Rawalpindi form sociological point of view.
