Abstract

We have investigated an analytic model that describes the light absorption and carrier transport in bulk heterojunction organic solar cells based on poly (3-hexylthiophene): (6, 6) — phenyl-C61-buteric-acid-methyl ester (P3HT:PCBM) blend.
